Fine Art Request

Thank you for your interest in a custom Sheila Chen Art commission. I would be honored to paint your furbaby! A few spots are opened up most months. If you would like to be the first to know when they open back up, please sign up for my Email Pack HERE! Email pack gets first dibs on all my major sales.

Can I make changes to my completed artwork?

If the edit request is due to a mistake Sheila made (missing limbs, wrong dog...), you will not be charged and corrections will made within 3 business days (for digitals) and 2 weeks (for inks/impawstos). If it is an edit due to stylistic requests, add-ons, or the reference photo did not show your request and it was not made clear, Sheila will review your edit request and you will be notified via email within three (3) business days for a quote and ETA. Completion of edit will be based on how busy Sheila is at that time.

Please contact our support team for with request. support@sheilachenart.com.

What is my order ETA?

All digital specials provide an ETA on the product page description. All fine art commissions are project based, but a completion date will be agreed upon prior to start of project.
